Which file formats can I use?

Your certificate image can be a PNG or JPG up to 15 MB. Names can be pasted or loaded from a .txt or .csv file, and custom fonts can be TTF, OTF or WOFF.

How should I format the list of names?

Put one name per line or separate names with commas. Quotation marks around a name are removed and empty entries are skipped.

How many certificates can I create at once?

You can add up to 5,000 names in one batch. Each ticked name becomes its own PDF.

How are the PDF files named?

Each file is numbered in order, for example 0001_Aarav Sharma.pdf, and all files are packed into one ZIP download.

Can I use my own font or a Hindi or Marathi font?

Yes. Choose Noto Sans Devanagari for Hindi and Marathi, or upload your own TTF, OTF or WOFF file in the Font step.

Are my files uploaded or stored anywhere?

No. The tool runs inside your browser, so the certificate image, the names and any font stay on your device. Reset clears everything from the page.
